So, after some gentle nudging from my babies who know exactly how difficult it is for me to pat my own back. I’m insanely proud to say yesterday was my 4th birthday. I don’t do it for a coin. I don’t do it for a song. I do it for my babies. I do it because I want to see my grand-babies and great grand-babies. They called me Miracle Mark in rehab because they’d never had anyone alive with my vitals. Everyday I stay above ground is a miracle and the only inspiration I need is my amazing wife @NikkiMarie_p and our Angels! I do this for you 3! I love you most!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Run…DONE! 22km today puts me at 201km for December. My goal for 2022 was 2400km. Finished at 2411km. Shed more than a few tears during that last km. Proud of myself and my #yegvirtualrunningclub friends. ❤️❤️🏃🏃. Congrats on a great year and all the BEST in 2023. #running
