Looking back, 2025 was a year of deep realisations and deeper value delivery. We unlocked new growth levers, but our biggest victory was cracking the highest watch retention in our history. We have a Retention Playbook in place that allows us to command engagement numbers competing with global giants like Netflix. We didn't just build an app; we built a habit.
