A successful EPOP World Café event was held in STaG! The group discussed ways to improve recovery support and services from the perspectives of people with lived experience. Thank you to Ingeus for their inputs and EPOP for hosting another useful event! 🤝

Huge shout out to Louise & Leona in South Shields for their incredible generosity and community spirit! Instead of doing Secret Santa, they collected donations for the local foodbank, an act that has a truly meaningful impact on those in need. Amazing work, well done!👏🎄

Today we held our first all PDU staff engagement, loads of fantastic input, learning with purpose, and staff all brought stuff along to donate to local food bank.

The focus of this years's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is anxiety. Anxiety is a natural emotional response to stress or a perceived threat which we all experience. For others though, anxiety disorders significantly interfere with daily life #BreakTheStigma
