Sophmore Brooklyn Mitchell will make her 1st appearance at the 2025 IGHSAU Girls State Wrestling Meet after qualifying as the Runner-Up at 130 at tonight's Class 2A Region 7 Meet at South Tama. Mitchell will take a 34-10 season record to the state meet. #thetrojanway #oneteamstc

Freshman Jayva Gomez qualified for the 2025 IGHSAU Girls State Wrestling Meet at Xtreme Arena in Coralville as a result of a Runner-Up Finish at 105 tonight at the IGHSAU Class 2A Region 7 Meet at South Tama. Gomez will take a 28-19 season record to the State Meet! #oneteamstc
