i mean was it instant, flavored, did she buy it at traderjoes or whole foods, a regular supermarket or even at a quickee mart.

@IBX On hold for 30 minutes and finally they ask me to leave a number for call back. 10 Minutes later phone rings, woman from ibx puts me back on hold currently 25 min. Great work! also why not spring for more than 60 seconds of hold music
