@BBCBreakfast I’m quite sure @TravelodgeUK don’t do this as a rule and it’s obviously been a one off error. A horrendous error of course! I’m sure a legal letter to the company to immediately implement an urgent staff forced action is what’s needed. Not 100 MPs.. they’ve dancing to do
