@ScottASidwell Appreciate the reply. It's not just the payment plan aspect it's the way it's been rolled out and this "pressure" to renew by March 13th with no communication as to why. Bball season is still ongoing (hopefully). Overall process has just left a sour taste esp w/ lack of success

Anyone else feel that CSU has done a really poor job with renewals? I do not love the new process and the pressure associated with this "deadline". Steering me closer into not renewing.
