The @STFCSupClub remembers Archie Bown on the occasion of his birthday. Archie was born this day in 1882 and was part of the @Official_STFC team that won, Southern League and Dubonnet Cup honours and reached two FA Cup semi finals. He also once scored all six goals in a Town win over Watford. RIP Archie.

The @STFCSupClub wishes two of our best ever strikers happy birthdays. Arthur Horsfield, born this day in 1946 and Charlie Austin born this day in 1989. Arthur made over 130 appearances for @Official_STFC, scoring 57 goals and Charlie scoring 60 goals in over 120 appearances. Happy birthday both.

The @STFCSupClub remembers Maurice Owen on the occasion of his birthday. Maurice was born this day in 1924. Joining @Official_STFC from Abingdon Town, Maurice made over 600 appearances for Swindon, scoring 165 goals. A club legend, also serving in a variety of roles off the pitch. RIP Maurice.
