Unbelievable the amount of food you need to eat to hit 2g per kg in bodyweight while being in caloric restriction or maintainance, I mean I hit it but it's not easy is it

The best player to have never played for England Legend.

MATCH OF DEBATE: Could West Ham United relocate into Essex?! Now there isn't alot of "open space" within the Newham Area with Gallions Reach Gas Works the only feasible site and there is precedent for clubs moving away. In English football, clubs are expected to retain a strong geographical and community link to their traditional home area. This isn’t written as one single “no moving boroughs” rule, but rather a set of FA and Football League regulations and licensing principles that require: "A club’s "location, name, and identity" to be consistent with the community it represents." This principle is enforced mainly by the English Football League (EFL) and the Football Association (FA) through their respective approval processes. The Fallout and Rule Changes The Wimbledon/MK Dons case caused major backlash across football. Since then: The EFL and FA tightened their regulations to prevent similar relocations. Clubs now cannot move significant distances from their historical or community base without extraordinary justification and formal approval. The FA’s Rules on Ground Location (especially under FA Rule 2.4 and EFL Regulation 13.4) emphasize: The ground must be “within reasonable proximity” to the club’s original location. The move must preserve community identity and supporter access. Clubs must consult with supporters and local authorities. Any relocation must be approved by the league board (EFL or Premier League). In practical terms - A London club CANNOT just move outside London boroughs (especially to another city) without extraordinary circumstances — and it’s almost certain such a move would now be rejected. Also for West Ham to buy themselves out of the London Stadoum lease it could amount to minimum £213m plus national rate interest. Is it money well spent? So... What would happen if West Ham moved away from Newham? Would they move into Essex (Afterall... They were formed in Essex before the expansion of London absorbing neighbouring districts in the 60s!) It's an interesting debate - please drop your thoughts and comments below! #westham #londonstadium #newham #essex

I miss Wenger Ball. Open, expressive, attacking football that brought real joy, even if we conceded. Arteta’s setup is solid but too controlled. It lacks the freedom and spark we once had.
