Today we say goodbye to some much loved colleagues. The great Ray Wells, Sunday Times Picture Editor, departs after 31 years.

Ray has literally been taking my picture since I was a 19 year old. In his own unique way (much humour) he helped me settle into my first proper job. Same goes for his great team, Kevin, Annabelle and others. Will be much missed. Sad he no longer wears shirts like this though...
