Over the years, we have remained committed to continuous improvement. From the beginning, we refined the fire selector of the MP40. Later, we improved the materials used for internal parts. By the end of 2025, we had upgraded the metal finish, adopting a blackening finishing process. This was not an easy process, as it involved extensive cleaning and rust-prevention work. For the polymer parts of the MP40, we referenced real firearms to achieve the correct period feel. This manufacturing approach will be extended to the MP41 and MP44. Please stay tuned. これまで私たちは、継続的な改良を重ねてきました。 当初は MP40 の射撃セレクターの改良から着手し、 その後、内部パーツの材質についても見直しを行ってきました。 2025 年末には、金属表面処理を改良し、黒染め仕上げ工程を採用しました。 この工程は、複数回の洗浄および防錆処理を伴うため、決して容易なものではありません。 MP40 の樹脂パーツについては、実銃を参考にし、当時の時代感を再現することを重視しています。 この製造方針および工法は、今後 MP41 および MP44 にも展開していく予定です。 続報をお待ちください。 #STarmament #AGM #MP40

ご指摘ありがとうございます。 また、ここまで細かく見ていただいている点に、心より感謝します。 ご指摘の箇所については、設計段階では実物資料をもとに検討していますが、最終的には量産性・歩留まり・加工安定性などの理由から、工場側で形状や処理方法を調整する場合があります。 特にCNCによる木製ストック加工では、左右対称を前提とした加工工程が採られることが多く、その影響で一部ディテールが設計意図とは異なる形で整理されることがあります。 なお、現行ロットはすでに生産工程を完了しているため、今回ご指摘いただいた内容については、今後の検討事項として共有させていただきます。 貴重で具体的なご意見、誠にありがとうございます。

@ST_Armament 一つ質問があります。 実物を採寸したのに、なぜ側面の指置き溝の位置が変更されていますか？実物は左右非対称に配置されています。 この問題は私が注目しているSKSにも当てはまります(FBにて以前から指摘しています)。 MOAの展示品でも改善は見られませんでした。どうかSKSでは修正をお願いします。

私たちが手にしていたのは、完全な実銃データでした。 外観の参考ではなく、すべての部品、すべての箇所、すべての細部が、実測と検証に基づくデータです。 CADCAM 図面を描く際、私たちが選んだのは「省略しない」という姿勢でした。 3D スキャンでは届かない箇所があっても、決して推測で補うことはせず、何度も検証と修正を重ねながら、欠けたディテールを時間をかけて再構築していきます。 この工程は、単なる技術作業ではありません。 それは 当時の製造工法を理解することでもあります。 SVT-40 が生まれた時代に立ち返り、「当時どのように作られていたのか」を考えながら—— 現代ではダイキャスト金属という量産手法を用い、その時代特有の製造思想と構造ロジックを再現しようとしました。 最初のステップは、実銃を忠実に描き切ること。 「似ている」ではなく、正確であること。 この工程だけで、私たちは三か月を費やしました。 一本一本の曲線、ひとつひとつのカーブを重ね、修正し、検証し続け、すべての形状に明確な理由を持たせるまで描き込みました。 そして実銃図面が完成したとき、私たちは確信しました。 これは、まだ始まりに過ぎない。 What we had in hand was complete real-steel data. Not just visual references, but every single part, every section, every detail, all based on actual measurements and verified records. When creating the CADCAM drawings, our decision was simple: nothing gets omitted. When 3D scanning cannot reach certain areas, we do not guess. Instead, we repeatedly cross-check, refine, and rebuild those missing details, taking the time to reason them out properly. This process is not only technical — it is about understanding the manufacturing logic of its era. We had to return to the time when the SVT-40 was originally produced, and think about how it was made back then — and then, in the present day, find a way to express that same manufacturing language and structural logic using die-cast metal for modern mass production. The first step was to draw the real firearm in full detail. Not “similar,” but accurate. This step alone took us three full months. Curve by curve, line by line, intersecting, correcting, and verifying — until every transition could be clearly justified. And when the real-steel drawings were finally completed, we knew one thing for certain: this was only the beginning. #SVT40 #AIRSOFT #STarmament

SVT-40 の設計において、いくつかの構造はこの銃そのものの性格を形作っています。 すべてを機能のために犠牲にすることはできません。 それらの構造が AEG の射撃性能に直接影響しない場合であっても、 私たちはあえて残すことを選び、設計段階で意図的に可動性と操作感を高めました。 モデルとして、「動く部分がある」こと自体が楽しさにつながるからです。 開発過程において、特に次の要素を重点的に保留しました。 レシーバー後方のセーフティカバーは実際に可動し、左右に開くことができます。 実銃では、トリガーセットを分解する際の リリースボタンカバー として機能します。 全体の分解手順は、可能な限り実銃の操作ロジックに近づけ、 簡略化のために流れを変えることは避けました。 セーフティレバーは可動式とし、操作方向も実銃に近い形で再現しています。 マガジンキャッチは二段階構造を維持し、 単一の簡略化された機構にはしていません。 長いピストンロッドは、電動システムでは本来の役割を果たさなくなっていても、 その存在感と視覚的なプロポーションを重視して残しています。 クリーニングロッドのボタンは、装飾として固定するのではなく、 実際に押すことができます。 前照準と銃剣ラグが一体となった構造は、 SVT-40 を象徴する外観要素であり、最初から変更の対象にはなりませんでした。 これらの判断は、設計および生産の難易度を確実に高めました。 しかしその結果生まれたのは、単に「SVT-40 に似ている」製品ではなく、 触感、操作感、構造のリズムにおいて、明確に SVT-40 であると感じられる 一本です。 そしてこの段階で、私たちは新たな現実に直面します。 これほど多くのオリジナル構造を残した場合、AEG 機構のための空間はどこに確保するのか。 それこそが、次のフェーズにおける本当の課題となりました。 In the design of the SVT-40, some structures carry the very character of the rifle. Not everything can be sacrificed in the name of function. Even if certain elements do not directly contribute to AEG shooting performance, we chose to preserve them, and deliberately enhanced their playability during the design process. Because as a model, some parts simply become more interesting when they can move. During development, we made a conscious decision to retain the following key features: The rear safety cover is fully movable and can be flipped left and right. On the real firearm, this part serves as the release button cover when removing the trigger set. The overall disassembly process was designed to follow the logic of the real firearm as closely as possible, rather than being simplified for convenience. The safety lever remains functional, with its operating direction kept similar to that of the real firearm. The magazine catch retains its two-stage structure, instead of being simplified into a single mechanism. The long piston rod was preserved in both presence and visual proportion, even though it no longer performs its original function in an electric system. The cleaning rod button can still be pressed, rather than being fixed as a one-piece decorative element. The integrated front sight and bayonet lug structure, one of the most distinctive visual features of the SVT-40, was never considered for alteration. These decisions undeniably increased the complexity of both design and production. However, they resulted in a rifle that is not merely “shaped like an SVT-40,” but one that, through its tactile feel, operational details, and structural rhythm, unmistakably feels like an SVT-40. It was also at this stage that we were confronted with another unavoidable reality: when so many original structures are preserved, where does the space for the AEG system come from?
