The Fed’s balance sheet has begun to grow again. This isn’t being talked about enough, IMO. It’s slow for now (around $30–40B per month), but a war with Iran will likely accelerate the Fed’s Treasury purchases.

@CoachMonteLee is the right man for the job! One of the best coaches I ever had the honor of shared to dugout with. As a player, you always knew he had your back and that he was putting you in the best position you could be in to be successful. That is why players love him. That is what builds culture. That is how you get a team to pull in the same direction. That is how winning starts!

Jensen Huang reduced the entire AI hardware thesis to one sentence about a plane. Huang: “When the tool is way, way faster, then the problem looks way smaller. If an airplane were to travel Mach 10, then obviously the world becomes a smaller place.” Market looks at sheer volume of global data and panics over complexity. Engineers look at velocity of compute and realize the entire internet is mathematically tiny. The path to AGI was never about building a smarter brain. It was about building an engine so fast that the size of the dataset ceased to matter. Huang: “One day researchers at OpenAI said, ‘Hey, why don’t we just take all of the internet data and just give it to this computer?’ Because all of a sudden, all of the world’s internet data looks so small.” Training AI on the sum total of human knowledge wasn’t a philosophical breakthrough. It was brute-force hardware inevitability. When the execution loop travels at Mach 10, the problem space doesn’t shrink. It collapses. And here’s what that unlocks. Huang: “Designing our computers are going to be way easier, and so we can try more examples. Not that we’ll release more computers than we are today, but we’ll try more iterations so that the one that we release every year is so much better.” AI doesn’t just speed up the final product. It rewrites the physics of prototyping. You’re no longer guessing what the market wants. You’re running thousands of iterations before a single chip hits silicon. Incumbent enterprise throws massive headcount at hard problems. The next version solves them through relentless algorithmic iteration before a human even touches the build. And here’s where the “end of work” narrative falls apart. Huang: “If every problem that we dream up looks more tenable, then we’re going to come up with more problems to solve. Instead of having fewer jobs, I actually feel we’re going to be busier than ever.” The biological workforce isn’t being benched. The floor for what counts as a hard problem is being raised. Hardware deletes the friction on the current board? Human ambition instantly scales to fill the vacuum. Huang: “All those things that were off the table are now on the table.” Curing complex diseases. Mastering fusion. Mapping the observable universe. When the engine makes every known problem solvable, operators don’t retire. They go find problems that didn’t exist yet.

@TheRonnieVShow GameStop had something like 140% short interest. $HIMS is over 40%. I don’t think we see 2000-3000% short squeeze but could easily see ~500% or so. Next week is gonna be exciting. 👀
