The next food pantry will take place on Monday, February 8, from 11:00am to 2:30pm at 740 Serra St. In the EVGR complex Building C outdoor patio area. The deadline to register is 12pm on Feb 3 - you can also come at the end of the event and receive food if you don't register!

Stanford PSA: Cardinal Care has been waiving co-pays on mental health care since last April, and will be continuing through *at least* this April, but likely longer. An excellent time to explore/switch up/re-commit to therapy! Call CAPS at (650) 723-3785 for more info.

Happy new year from the Basic Needs Coalition! We are SO appreciative of all those who have helped us and donated to the fund. Our new year's resolution is to help others and our community as best as we can. Share your resolutions with us!!

In addition, for students on aid who need to change travel plans, if travel costs exceed what is shown on your award letter, you can submit documentation of your costs to the Financial Aid Office.

Some important updates: The undergraduate Leave of Absence deadline to receive a full refund is now extended to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19. After Jan. 19, students will be charged prorated tuition based on their days of attendance.

Important information for requesting special circumstances and documentation of living expenses (#fin-aid" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">reapproaching.stanford.edu/news/winter-qu…). The deadline for special circumstances is 5 p.m. January 17.

Stanford is not reimbursing travel and forcing students who were planning on coming to find temporary housing. The cancellation of winter plans TWO days before the first day of classes jeopardizes students' ability to meet basic needs.
