The Suns are going down the path of continuity and development which at this time is the right move. As I said Aaron Gordon is off-injured and on the decline so I am going to break out the Don't Fear the Reaper and rule out any possibility the Suns would have interest in trading for him.

The Phoenix Suns held a pre-draft workout today with former Temple guard Derrian Ford, per league sources. Ford, a four-year college player, is widely regarded as one of the strongest guards in this draft class and made a strong impression on Suns officials in his workout.

i know there have been some conflicting debates regarding the offseason plans but what do yall want them to do?? some of the fanbase complains about wanting to improve the roster when you got assets to get it done, such as grayson/royce and whatever picks you have, but you guys immediately don't want players that are either vets/youth that fit the suns vision or their specific needs when presented. running it back with little to no improvement to the roster would be the dumbest thing to do especially in this western conference, there are fans that think we should not be in a "win-now situation" and basically do nothing during the offseason and bank on development. i understand they have to evaluate the guys they're looking at but what the hell do you guys exactly want?? yall continue to complain about improving the team but i keep hearing more about booker mock trades and running it back than any sort of logical scenarios.

Mat Ishbia told @BurnsAndGambo yesterday that he expects Dillon Brooks, who is eligible for a 4-year extension, to be in Phoenix long term and that they have to figure out a way to keep him. Said he see's him as part of a championship team in Phoenix over the next 3-4 years.
