A lot of big rental companies need to stop being so shady. Make sure you know your rights as a tenant and do not be afraid to speak up when they are being violated!

If your landlord isnt doing their responsibilities (ie: repairs, snow clearing) and isnt answering their emails or the company phone line, is there any way to get help? Sick of them not following the agreements from the lease.

i'm starting to get really frustrated with my landlord. all my maintenance requests are ignored. all my emails are ignored, and when i go to their main office no one is ever "available." any tips on how to go about dealing with this?

There has been a promise that data would be collected. So I agree with Simon. I would like to see evidence that the trade-off is worth it

I’m so upset with the school for giving us such a short break. We’re all burnt out snd the extra time was so needed. The fact I only get to spend 10 days at home and have to rush to move back is just… I’m really disappointed and I feel like the school isn’t hearing us.

@SpottedLaurier Ask your @students_union why they pushed the university for a Thanksgiving Break which pushed the start of term earlier and the December break later. Bizarrely supported by @WLUFA too. Now we're all in this ridiculous situation you observe because everyone was shortsighted.

The school told me my IUD would be covered almost 100% by insurance but I got to the pharmacy and still had to pay $200!!! Me and my bank account are upset Laurier.
