SVC, in collaboration with @gibsondunn, hosted an awareness session for fund managers and fund investors on the structure, terms, and working practices of fund investments, including comparative perspectives on fund, co-investment, and direct strategies across VC and PE.

نظمت SVC بالتعاون مع @gibsondunn، جلسة توعوية لمديري الصناديق والمستثمرين في الصناديق تناولت هيكل الاستثمار في الصناديق وشروطه وممارساته المعتمدة، إلى جانب مقارنة بين الاستثمار في الصناديق والاستثمار بالمشاركة والاستثمار المباشر في قطاعي الاستثمار الجريء والملكية الخاصة.

ضمن فعاليات #أسبوع_التمويل الذي تنظمه "منشآت" @MonshaatSA، قدم الأستاذ / علي التمام، مدير استثمار في @SVC_SA، ورشة عمل بعنوان "قرارات الاستثمار داخل صناديق الاستثمار الجريء". استهدفت الورشة مؤسسي الشركات الناشئة، حيث تم استعراض آلية اتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار داخل صناديق الاستثمار الجريء، وكيف يقيّم المستثمرون الشركات الناشئة. كما تطرّقت الورشة إلى توقعات المستثمرين وأبرز سمات المؤسسين الناجحين.
