Today 8JDA are visiting @UWL_Outreach at their Brentford Campus to see what a university is like ahead of picking their GCSE options next year!

Today we’ve taken Yr 10 Hospitality and Catering students to @FEBrooklands. We spent the morning learning how to make scones in a professional pastry kitchen. All the staff here are professional chefs and have worked in some TOP kitchens.
