@Outcomes_PROMs Absolutely agree Anji. Outside of clinical trials #PROMs are rarely routinely collected in everyday clinical practice especially if it’s not linked to payments #BPT #NJR. Some data coming out with EMPROVE national audit @SWORDResearchUK @NetworkProms

@jamestoml1 @MarkBagnallSurg Agree @OrthopodReg - not so tricky Is it really less ‘work’ doing a collaborative project? Huge amount of effort goes into setting up and running project at a site, coordinating a team and uploading data Plus benefit to patients 🌟I don’t see the counterargument 😅

Cuts to the core of tick box learning. Why do a genuinely meaningful clinically important piece of research, quality improvement project or audit which doesn’t get you the fast turnaround ‘closed loop’ maximum points on an application form or to satisfy career progression…?
