Best part of my job is talking with kids about food, menu ideas or their likes & dislikes. Today's lunch date @ManheimVikings with Miss Josie & her new friends. Such a great time hearing kids in the serving line, so many please and thank yous to Miss Jen & Miss Jade Great day!

Going into lent, our elementaries always have an option of peanut butter and jelly each day. So, starting next week, the high school middle school will offer a cheese pizza & a fish option for those who observe lent on Fridays I hope everyone has enjoyed the sunshine this week.

This Week Roasted off chicken and three beef roast braised them in the oven for about Eight hours shredded it for something good to come in two weeks on our soup bar.. It's so amazing to use homemade broth and are different items. It makes the flavor pop

new at breakfast was a hit! In-house yogurt smoothies w fresh fruit. Today's vanilla yogurt w strawberries & blueberries &we sold out. Friday banana / strawberry / Cherry vanilla & the cherry vanilla taste amazing. See you tomorrow morning at breakfast for new smoothies

To anyone in @Southwesternsd, our pork bowls are amazing.! You can have a wrap or a bowl. Add some fiesta rice, black bean corn salsa, homemade pico de gallo, queso, cilantro corn salsa, sour cream & guacamole best meal
