For more than 40 years, Coach Keith Gentry has faithfully served our institution through its many chapters—from Shelby State Community College to State Technical Institute and Southwest Tennessee Community College. As head coach of the women's softball team and chief information officer for athletics, he has built a legacy defined by dedication, leadership, and excellence. Gentry built an impressive record of achievements, celebrated countless team victories, and made a lasting impact on generations of students. His commitment to student success, both on and off the field, reflects the heart of his service and leadership. We are grateful for his decades of service and thank him for his many contributions to the college. Coach, we wish you a Grand Slam retirement!
