@bowerhe Hi, unfortunately, the service has now been cancelled. The next Reading service is currently on the adjacent platform which will be held there to allow everyone on your service to board. I am very sorry for the disruption. ^JS

@SW_Help I’ll just go to Farnborough and get a taxi. By the time I get to Aldershot I still have to wait another 20 minutes for the train to take me back to ash vale. After waiting 30 minutes because the last train to ash vale got cancelled. I get it isn’t your fault but this is awful

@Nothing87523570 @EJ_McGuinness Hi, we are not authorised to raise complaints through X. Hence the reason I have attached the complaints portal so the customer can raise this in the correct channel. This will lead to the incident being investigated thoroughly by the right team. ^RC

@SW_Help @EJ_McGuinness That’s pretty poor as a response. You could just directly note the fairly clear complaint here.

Genuine conversation I had at Vauxhall station today when my valid ticket didn’t work and I went to the ticket desk… Me: “Hi, [displays ticket] can you let me through the barriers please?” Ticket Officer [behind glass refusing to look at me]: “ I don’t work the barriers.” Me: “ I know, but there’s no one there to help me.” TO: “You’ll need to ask someone else.” Me: “But there’s no one there.” TO: “It’s not my job.” Walks away. Never even looked up. …. No attempt to even help me … honestly just replace everyone who works at stations with police officers to stop fare dodging, automate all the ticketing and put robots on the barriers. Doubtless service would improve 25% overnight. @trainline @south_railway

@SW_Help This is such a joke, I’ve travelled on the train 5 times this year, 4 times I’ve been stuck at a station now. How can it be this bad?
