@disparutoo @soonrightaway RTD has questionable writing abilities at best, as the Disney era exhibited. His earlier Doctor Who scripts (2005-2010) were heavily edited by Steven Moffat, which partially explains how bad his later unfiltered scripts are.

Getting a Doctor Who writer is SO hard They have to find someone who can write 10 film plots every year. Who wants to do that Someone who has the free time that they CAN do that And someone who is willing to be the most hated person in TV for that period

@dgill1972 @TheMobRules73 Joss Whedon gets a lot of hate for other reasons, but as a showrunner, he was the best. He would completely rewrite a script if he thought it was needed, and took no credit for it, pissing off some writers, but making it better. Moffat was too kind many times, and some sucked!
