1 ans que j’ai arrêter la fume, après 16 ans à fumer h24, ( a mon prime j’étais à 10-15j /jours ), les débuts sont compliqué c’est sur , je me revois péter des câble les premiers jours , mais faut s’accrocher , je conseille le CBD au début ça m’a grave aider, croyez en vous
