@TheOfficialSBI @jogeshwaribranch Disappointing service by SBi, Jogeshwari branch for passbook updation. A disabled person appointed for a service that requires visual ability is not appreciated who is mean and unprofessional. My passbook got updated for the year 2023.

The response was totally unprofessional on informing the wrong year has been updated. Instead I was told the other counter person is responsible which I did visit before to only know the machine for printing is not working.
