"I'm getting a sneaky suspicion (shock) that Eghbali is starting to realise that he's bitten off more than he can chew, and it's becoming more of a challenge than he initially thought it would be. Eghbali joined Todd Boehly's consortium because the club was an 'asset' at a massive discount. Not to mention recent UCL, Club World Cup and Supercup winners, in London and with great property value and a worldwide brand. "Lack of recognised sponsorship deals, impossible stadium renovation plans and there's no way in hell we move without the CPO consent, and there's no reason why we should have faith in them with their recent track record at the club. "Probably thought he could compensate for the lack of UCL money with pure profit sales like Hall, Mount, Gallagher etc., but that has just alienated the fan base even further.
