Today, we came together in the LLC to learn about Truth and Reconciliation. 18 divisions came through and learned about Residential Schools, the meaning of truth, and made commitments to their part in reconciliation. #Sd38learn #Richmondsd38 #RTLA

The ks at @TomsettSchool have been working hard. We read “A Beautiful Oops” and talked about how making mistakes getting frustrated is a part of learning something new. They came up with a list of coping strategies like taking a walk, having a drink and asking for help. #rtla38

The ks sewing journey continues! We read Ish by @peterhreynolds and used sparkly ‘burlap-ish’ fabric to sew shapes! We sewed a diamond-ish, a line-ish, a building-ish, a race car-ish a Mario cart-ish! Thanks to @mr_tang for supporting our learning! #learn38 #rtla38

The ks at @TomsettSchool are learning to sew! We read The Most Magnificent Thing by @ashleyspires and talked about the PS CC. We came up with a plan to help us self regulate and recognize when we needed support and came up with strategies we could use when we got frustrated.
