After doing a deep cleanse of my body and mind — through detox, clean eating, meditation, and inner work — I returned to the natural frequency of nature. Now I feel the imbalance caused by modern technologies much more sharply, because they don’t align with nature’s frequency. This includes not only RF-EMF from Wi-Fi, phones, and Bluetooth, but also ELF fields (extremely low frequency, 50/60 Hz) coming from regular electrical wiring, outlets, chargers, household appliances, LED lights and many more. Before the cleanse, this background “noise” was masked by toxins and chronic stress. Now my body clearly signals when something is off. When my phone is on or I’m in a space filled with gadgets, Wi-Fi, and regular electrical fields, I often feel fatigue, a noticeable pressure in my head from these fields, and a sudden drain of energy. As soon as I switch everything off at night, use wired internet, or spend time away from tech, especially in nature—my system quickly returns to balance. I’m not a “superhuman.” After cleansing my body and mind, I simply became more sensitive to what I used to tune out. Labeling someone as “dumb” simply because they think differently is shallow and outdated.
