خواجہ آصف نے یہ ٹویٹ خود کیا ہے یا اس سے کسی نے کروایا ہے؟
وہ بھی ایسے وقت جب پاکستان مذاکرات کی میزبانی کر رہا۔ اس ٹویٹ کو بنیاد بنا کر نیتن یاہو اور اسرائیلی لابی بھارت کے خلاف مل کر فل پروپیگنڈہ کر رہی ہے۔
یہ فکسطینوں کا کتنا ہمدرد ہے وہ سب جانتے ہیں۔ یہ تو اپنے ملک میں اسرائیل کے خلاف احتجاج پر لوگوں کو جیلوں میں ڈالتے رہے ہیں۔

@yusuful_md You’re overestimating one tweet like it controls global politics. If a ceasefire can be “sabotaged” by a single statement, then it was weak from the start.
Countries act on interests, not tweets. At least he spoke others hide behind “timing” and say nothing.

Khawaja Asif’s emotional tweet is both ill-timed and ill-advised. There is a time and place for everything, and this was neither. As Pakistan’s defence minister, his tweet risks undermining the country’s credibility as a trustworthy mediator.

ایک طرف پورا ملک اسرائیل کے خلاف کھڑا ہے، جذبات بھی سب کے ایک ، مؤقف بھی ایک لیکن جیسے ہی خواجہ آصف جو اہم سرکاری عہدے پر بیٹھے ہیں اُنہی جذبات کی کھل کر ترجمانی کی، تو فوراً سوشل میڈیا پر بیانیہ بنا دیا گیا کہ یہ وقت مناسب نہیں ہے ۔ تو پھر مناسب وقت کب آئے گا؟ جب سچ کہنا بے معنی ہو جائے گا ؟ جب کہ یہی وقت سب سے مناسب ہے کیونکہ پوری دنیا کی نظریں ہم پر ہیں۔ تو ہم کیوں نا ڈٹ کر اپنا موقف پیش کرئیں کہ ہمارے لئے اسرائیل کل بھی مردہ باد تھا اسرائیل آج بھی مردہ باد ہے ۔ اور اس وقت تک رہے گا جب تک فلسطین کا مسئلہ حل نہیں ہو جاتا ۔
سچ یہ ہے کہ ہم میں سے اکثر لوگ نظریات نہیں رکھتے، صرف حالات کے مطابق بیانات رکھتے ہیں۔جہاں تالیاں ملیں وہاں بولتے ہیں، جہاں تنقید کا ڈر ہو وہاں خاموش ہو جاتے ہیں یا پھر دوسروں کو بھی چپ کرانے لگتے ہیں۔ اصل مسئلہ وقت کا نہیں، ہمت کا ہے۔ ہم سچ سے نہیں گھبراتے، ہم ردِعمل سے گھبراتے ہیں۔ ہم مؤقف رکھتے ہیں، مگر اس شرط پر کہ کسی کو ناگوار نہ گزرے۔ اور یہی منافقت ہے جو ہم پاکستانیوں کی رگوں میں سرایت کر چکی ہے۔ سچ اگر سچ ہے، تو ہر وقت سچ ہے۔ اور اگر وقت دیکھ کر بدل جائے تو وہ سچ نہیں، صرف مصلحت ہے۔

Khwaja Demented Asif could have easily written the same tweet without the last line and it would have been fine.
The last line is completely immature and idiotic. Can’t believe any responsible person in the Foreign Office or government approved it.
