EVO JP 26 Champion has 68 defense stats. Then peeps here say the profile stats shows real player skill and judge other players based on this. Calculations of this is surely not based on your fundamentals but the current most played char by you in rank and its playstyle.

@Saad_ZATATER People mind control themselves into believing this makes a difference. When I play, and am more aggressive, my defense drops to as low as 53. Sam day, I change the playstyle, turn more towards defense. My defense goes up to 89. Stat changes with your mood and play style

@Saad_ZATATER Literally 2 sets with King can send your defense stats plumenting if you aren't breaking throws. The stats mean nothing in the end.

@ahukahu exactly. I did experiments with zaf and drag as well. not next to nothing its nothing imo especially def. many streamers glorified it too much into the community's mindset making it the ultimate judgement of the player.

@Saad_ZATATER I been saying since S1 def stat means next to nothing. T8 incentivises active def i.e making risky reads to stop offense. But that type of def gameplay doesn't get calculated into def stat. Ikari's def in reality is gawdlike. T8 just doesn't calculate def well.
