In this case, the gliosis, clefting and sub retinal exudate suggest Coat's Disease. 🤓

This #DSEK graft was introduced without stripping away host Descemet membrane, thus two PAS positive membranes are seen in the bottom of the image. Often this seems to result in poor graft adherence, but not in this case. #Eyepath

Share an interesting case from my friend Dr Kai-Yong Mei in China. 7 year old kiddo with left conjunctival lesion: juvenile inflammatory conjunctival Nevus. The HMB45 pattern and dense lymphocytic infiltrates do raise concerns for those not familiar with this entity/ be aware!

@NeuroEyepath Beautiful image of the fovea. At the centre of the macula, the fovea is thin and composed of only one layer of photoreceptors. It is the area of the retina responsible for our sharp central vision.
