@fahimaq @alialsalim Yeah, I learned that when recruiting from abroad, pitching to spouses was more important than the employee (schools, safety, quality of life, etc.)

@alialsalim we worked on this strategy 12 years ago. Your list is 90% of what mattered. The one we didn't expect from asset management firms was; "Can we convince their families to move". Increasingly important; spouses getting jobs in the region and education for their children.
