How far we've come in 80 years, when no women attended the WB-IMF AMs. We are still far from reaching equality and as our upcoming gender evaluation points out, gender equality can be achieved only by transforming gender power relations, beyond enhancing economic opportunities.

The world needs more women leaders—today, not tomorrow. The brilliant women in this room, joining us for the #WBGmeetings this week, are paving the way for future generations. Because when women lead, everyone thrives.

#EarthDay is a good moment to reflect on how & to what extent we should consider the environment in our evaluative work. Interventions across all sectors can have significant effects on the #environment. How do we provide meaningful evidence? My thoughts: bit.ly/4aMzVge
