A Portuguese visitor asked how challenges can be turned into blessings during a meeting with His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama at his residence in Dharamshala earlier today. In reply, His Holiness explained that the world is naturally full of problems and differences, and worrying excessively serves little purpose.
