There is no meat legally sold in U.S. with antibiotics in it. Antibiotics, when used by animal producers, must not be used within what’s known as the “withdrawl” period for that antibiotic so that the compound has washed out of the animals body by slaughter. Antibiotic use in animals allows hundreds of millions more people to be fed worldwide wide than without (mortality rate of animals without antibiotics is substantially higher).

Chick-fil-A announced that they will be shifting from antibiotic-free chicken starting this spring to antibiotic chicken that's “ok” for humans. I do not need medicine in my food. This also messes with children's hormones. NO THANKS.
