🏆 Selected by the administrators at their respective high schools, Alyssa Tappin and Joseph Buono will be recognized by the Sachem Education Foundation as the organization's first student leadership honorees.

Every dollar raised funds grants that directly impact Sachem students — supporting innovative programs, classroom initiatives, and opportunities that make a difference across our district. Last year, we raised $25,000 for our students.

The SEF committee will be sharing information with school administrators on the next steps regarding the grant process. The money raised from the gala will help create programs within the schools that extend beyond the standard curriculum. We are excited to make a difference.
