This is excellent from @BenashNaz on tackling the racialised power imbalances in healthcare and maternity care and how the word ‘depression’ doesn’t translate in Urdu and other languages and contexts. To build #inclusive, #antiracist, and equitable #healthcare, nuance is needed.

Another day. Another Woman of Black and Minority Ethnic heritage who got halfway to her career goals now being targeted. I had to advise her that in THAT organisation she she should plan to leave not fight as she would lose. What an unjust waste.
