@SadinYellow @garnetstar28 @Target They did this to me with the DDay Vinyl. It sat in a warehouse in 100°+ heat for 3 days & was shipped completely bent, record warped. I sent that shit back with a scathing letter. They sent me a new one in a separate box within 24hrs

Don’t even bother ordering your army bomb shipped by @Target because they’ll just ship it without a box damaging your lightstick 🥀

UPDATE FOR THOSE WHO CARE: after speaking to a third customer support rep, they told me my best chance on getting a replacement is calling my local target and asking if I’m able to exch when they get more instock. Which is still not ideal but better than nothing

@d_mbane25 @Target They haven’t restocked at my local target since release but even when other targets marked it as limited stock it would only be like 5 or less and they would sell out quick 🥀

@SadinYellow @Target U guys were able to order online at target? I’m in Ca and we have to go to store to get one and online order r not available

@locketkey28 @Target Yea I never order online for same reasons but they been so iffy with restocks in store so whe I saw it available to ship i ordered thinking it will be fine but guess not 😭

@SadinYellow @Target having worked for target, i guarantee this was just some lazy worker who didnt know what they were handling. it's why i never order albums/kpop items bc ship workers will ALWAYS choose the busted ones to ship and save the pretty ones for in-store guests
