It's either that, or he knows for certain that they are incapable of making changes/choices or affecting the prophecy, and are useless when it comes to whatever his exact goals are (and we may yet prove him wrong on this)

This is in reference to the fact that Toby will add revivemints to all the shops with an extremely small price just to troll the people who spent their time stockpiling mints that way

i think the absolute best tip you can give someone playing deltarune for the first time is "do NOT spend any revive items, you'll understand WHEN you'll need them, trust me"

The main melody actually starts at 0:33 and comes to a repetition between 1:06 and 1:07, so putting it right at that point somewhat works imo

it's insane to me how so many people were brushing off this gaster reference as an "upload glitch"
that static lasts for 0.66 seconds in the 66th track of the game. and yet i saw people saying "erm, deltarune fans have gone off the rails with this one..."
