🎨 MOSAIQ - everything you need to know 🔖 Long post ahead; bookmark so you can revisit! I've wanted to make a good writeup for a while, so here is a summary of where we are with @MosaiqNFT and where we are going through the rest of 2024 👇 1⃣ Incredibly abridged story of how we got here: ⬜️ I started @TheWLProjectNFT in December 2021 to learn more about Solana programming and provide the ecosystem with a new utility of reusable whitelist tickets in the form of NFTs. This became my baby, and I said I would take the community with me however this project evolves. 🐆 In the first big pivot, we acquired the @SafariDition project and integrated their NFTs, $SAFARI token, and community into ours. We began to reevaluate our roadmaps and how to merge them. 🪐 Not long after, we acquired/de-rugged the @YobiUniverse project in another big pivot. With a third project entering the mix, we yet again found a way to merge the direction of all three projects. 🎫 Later, we minted a collection of "3D Tickets" in expansion to the original whitelist project collection. This signaled a significant change. We used this to raise money to start our goal of becoming a decentralized metaverse REIT and investment fund for our holders. 🔥 It was time to reevaluate, regroup, and rebrand... thus, we are reborn through fire (burning old NFTs). Now that we are all caught up... 2⃣ Some recent updates: 🎉We sold out our Fall 2023 clothing collection! Thank you to everyone who got some merch. Integrating Solana Pay for $USDC payments with our first seasonal collection was incredibly exciting, and I look forward to curating our next drop. 💰We have taken advantage of depressed NFT floors to re-up some long-term investments that anchor our DAO treasury fund. 🧹We have cleaned our website, docs, and Discord server. We already have many cool things in there, and even more exciting things are coming soon. 🖼️We have updated the metadata for a few Mosaiq NFTs with some pieces created by a few of our incredible artists - an interpretation of the y00t in our DAO treasury. Now that we are all caught up x2... 3⃣ Some upcoming stuff: 🌕In partnership with the incredible @HelloMoon_io team, we are incredibly close to launching our Mosaiq Design Factory, providing a seamless user experience for our holders to connect with our project artists to get their NFTs designed. Here is a quick summary of why that's dope: - Pros for artists: Secure, streamlined process for commissions. Set your own price, choose when you are open to work - Pros for holders: Get the PFP of your dreams and get paid by using it on X as an affiliate marketer. - Pros for me: I get to support Solana artists and fill the blockchain with the most unique collection of PFPs in the NFT ecosystem by building upon the project I started and the community that's been with me since December 2021. 🎨We will be expanding our list of partner artists soon! We already have an incredibly talented roster, but we want to add even more diversity of styles to our group. If you are an artist interested in joining, please reach out. 💼Need an internship? Part-time job? We are looking for some people to join me on this journey as part of the team! Reach out if you are interested in contributing in any capacity. Expect all of this to be coming in Q2... 4⃣ Some future stuff: 📚 Branding, coding, and art-ing resources for everyone. We want our community to grow their skills and personal brand in any way possible, so we will build the most comprehensive guide and network of all things web3 that we can pack in one place. 🔌Wallet-connected merch store. We will be releasing curated merch drops for a long time, but we want our holders to be empowered to do so with any NFTs they own. 🧠I have an insane collection of random web3 ideas swirling around my head and in my notebook that I don't want to spell out quite yet and get ahead of myself... just know that anything I can come up with will be brought to life through this project and community!
