TSEC is entering a focused phase in 2026 to strengthen early identification and response for minors impacted by trafficking. We are prioritizing state engagement to increase and sustain funding for survivor programs, while remaining active federally, including TVPA reauthorization, to reinforce survivor-centered implementation.
