Only use prescription drugs as prescribed to you by your doctor. Taking them any other way results in negative side effects.

Don't hesitate to reach out for help if you need it. It's normal to have to talk to someone, and you have adults and resources to make that possible.

Avoiding drunk driving isn't only for cars. Whether you are riding a motorcycle or any other vehicle, call a ride instead of driving impaired.
