So I finally did a #carnivore thing last week and met a local rancher about 30 minutes outside Houston. Started emailing them in December and even though they had never met me they had #picanha cut just for me! All beef is ONLY fed grass. See the haul below…10 picanha steaks, bone-in ribeye, bone-in chuck steak and bones for broth. Steak and eggs. Enough said.

March is when one of my favorite meats is readily available: corned beef brisket! Cooked this 5 hours on high in the crockpot and it was cut with my fork.

@catbillies @new_age_consult mix together 2 eggs, 1/2 C crushed pork rinds and 1/4 cup grated parm. Cook at 375 in silicone cups for 30 minutes.

Ingredients •5 hard-boiled eggs •2 small jars sardines in water, drained •1 tsp butter or ghee (melted) •2 tbsp sour cream or plain yogurt •Bacon crumbs (optional, for topping) ⸻ Instructions 1️⃣ Cook the eggs Hard-boil the eggs, then cool completely and peel. 2️⃣ Prepare the eggs Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. 3️⃣ Make the filling In a bowl, mash together: •egg yolks •sardines using a fork until combined. Add melted butter (or ghee) and sour cream (or yogurt). Mix until smooth and creamy. 4️⃣ Fill the eggs Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites. 5️⃣ Finish Sprinkle with bacon crumbs if desired - optional. 6️⃣ Store Keep refrigerated in a sealed container until ready to serve.

Today I made carnivore deviled eggs filled with sardines. Creamy yolks blended with sardines, topped with crispy bacon for the perfect salty crunch.🤌 I’m mostly a steak-and-bacon girl, but it is what it is. Would you eat sardine deviled eggs? 🤔
