So I finally did a #carnivore thing last week and met a local rancher about 30 minutes outside Houston. Started emailing them in December and even though they had never met me they had #picanha cut just for me! All beef is ONLY fed grass. See the haul below…10 picanha steaks, bone-in ribeye, bone-in chuck steak and bones for broth. Getting up at 5 AM every week day sucks, but the feeling of accomplishment afterwards makes it worth it.

So huge chunk of Wisconsin salmon took a while to bake in the oven yet in the end it was worth it.
