Hi @JetstarAirways @Jetstar_NZ , we’ve spent hours on the phone with your support team, but no one can help us. Our luggage from Auckland is still missing in Wellington, and we’re stuck without any answers. We need a solution NOW – when will you finally take action?

@JetstarAirways flight from Brisbane to Auckland. Flight was delayed but they made us sit inside the plane for 4 hours. Once arriving at Auckland, we found out the pilot decided to leave everyone's baggage at Brisbane due a weight issue without telling any of the passengers. 😭

Was tut sich denn da über den Dächern von #Bern ? Zwei #Helikopter drehen sich im Kreis…seit Stunden die gleiche Schlaufe. @SwissHelicopter macht ihr hier wenigstens etwas sinnvolles in #Belpmoos ? Oder ist es reines Vergnügen mit einem Häppchen Umweltverschmutzung?
