My friend eats 5–6 protein bars a day, 2–3 scoops of powder, and ground beef for dinner. Gained 25 lbs in 4 months… barely any muscle. Are protein bars/powder just the biggest fitness scam?

Sows are kept in gestation crates where they’re artificially inseminated, then moved into farrowing crates to nurse their babies. 🐖 For both stages they’re given barely more space than their own bodies.
