Power Sector Will Lead the Next Bull Run - But EHV & HVDC Players Will Lead Within It | Top Stocks to Track 🔥🧨👇 1. Hitachi Energy 2. Quality Power 3. Power Grid 4. CG Power 5. KSH International 6. GE Vernova T&D 7. KEI Industries 8. Siemens Energy 9. Om Power Transmission 10. Transrail 11. Rajesh Power 12. Atlanta Electricals 13. Yash Highvoltage 14. TARIL 15. Polycab 16. KEC International 17. Kalpataru Projects 18. BHEL 19. Techno Electric 20. Bajel Projects 21. Schneider Electric Infra 22. Kirloskar Electric 23. Finolex Cables Extra High Voltage (EHV) and HVDC players sit at the most critical layer of the power value chain. While standard distribution and LT/HT work can be executed by many companies, EHV/HVDC projects require deep technical capability, long approval cycles, and years of execution expertise - creating high entry barriers. At the same time, India is rapidly adding renewable capacity, especially solar, but grid infrastructure is not scaling at the same pace. This creates a bottleneck in power evacuation. The only viable solution for long-distance, efficient transmission of this power is through EHV and HVDC networks. As this gap gets addressed over the next few years, EHV & HVDC players are likely to see disproportionate growth within the broader power sector, making them a high-conviction theme to track. Calculating Incremental Working capital need is absolutely necessary for SME/Small-cap investors: -While company can give rosy guidance of 50%-60%, but if they do not have cash in bank to support that kind of growth, then that growth will come by either equity dilution or short term expensive debt or simply company will not be able to fulfill that growth. -Simple steps to calculate incremental WC need: Take this year's revenue for eg-100cr Calculate NWC from B/S (Recievables + inventory - payables) for eg-50cr % of revenue stuck in WC = NWC/REVENUE = 50cr/100cr = 50% Calculate estimated revenue for next year, we assume company guided for 50% growth so FY27E = 150cr 50% is the WC intensity in this business so 50% of 150cr =75 cr (that will be stuck in NWC) -So incremental wc = 75cr-50cr= 25cr Basically company needs 25 cr in NWC to support 50% growth guidance and if Cash equivalents are way less than this, company will need to raise money be it: Bank limits, Short term borrowings or equity dilution Covering 4 SME company wc needs as example:

1. Maxvolt Energy ltd. FY26 Revenue = 297cr Guidance = 60%-70% (taken 70% for calculation) FY27 E Revenue = 504cr NWC deployed Receivables = 39cr Inventory = 62cr Payables = 12cr 39+62-12= 89cr WC intensity= 89cr/297cr= 29.97% WC needed for FY27 Revenue= 504cr * 29.97% = 151.3cr Incremental WC need= 151.3 cr- 89 cr = 62.3cr Cash equivalents = 26cr shortfall= 36cr To cover this shortfall company is raising another 60cr-70cr in fundraise. #maxvoltenergy

Copper cathode is a higher-value, standardized product (LME Grade A). It improves realization and margins significantly. This is classic value migration, moving from basic recycling to downstream/value-added production. This single project can meaningfully change the company’s margin profile and growth trajectory from FY27–28 onward. From basic lead/copper recycling (volume game) - To niche, customer-specific alloys and compounded products (value game).

📚 Fundamental Analysis Series | Part 4/20 Revenue Growth Analysis📈 "Profit dekhkar khush hone se pehle Sales dekhiye... Kyunki bina revenue growth ke long-term wealth creation mushkil hai." Kai investors sirf PAT (Profit) dekhkar invest kar dete hain. Lekin ek sawal poochhiye: 👉 Kya company ka business sach mein grow kar raha hai, ya sirf accounting adjustments ki wajah se profit badh raha hai? Aaiye samajhte hain. 👇 1️⃣ Revenue Growth kya hoti hai? Revenue (Sales) ka matlab hai company ne apne products ya services bechkar kitni income generate ki. 📌 Simple language mein: Revenue business ki speed batata hai. Agar sales consistently badh rahi hai, to iska matlab demand bhi badh rahi hai. 2️⃣ Revenue Growth important kyun hai? 🤔 ✔ Demand strong hai ya nahi, pata chalta hai. ✔ Company market share gain kar rahi hai ya lose, samajh aata hai. ✔ Future profit growth ki foundation banti hai. ✔ Long-term wealth creation ka base hota hai. 💡 Yaad rakhiye: Profit temporary improve ho sakta hai, lekin sustainable revenue growth fake nahi hoti. 3️⃣ Revenue Growth kaise analyse karein? Sirf ek quarter mat dekhiye. Dekhiye: ✅ 3-Year Sales CAGR ✅ 5-Year Sales CAGR ✅ Quarterly Growth (QoQ) ✅ Year-on-Year Growth (YoY) Agar company har saal consistently grow kar rahi hai, to uski quality alag hi level ki hoti hai. 4️⃣ Healthy Revenue Growth kitni honi chahiye? Ye industry par depend karta hai. General guideline: 🟢 10–15% → Stable 🟢 15–25% → Strong 🟢 25%+ → Excellent (agar sustainable ho) Lekin... High growth tabhi valuable hai jab profitable bhi ho. 5️⃣ Revenue badh kis wajah se raha hai? Ye sabse important question hai. Growth kis wajah se aa rahi hai? ✅ New Customers ✅ Price Increase ✅ New Products ✅ Capacity Expansion ✅ Exports ✅ Acquisitions Agar growth sirf acquisition ki wajah se hai aur core business weak hai, to extra analysis zaroor karein. 6️⃣ Revenue Growth ke saath kya aur check karein? Revenue badh raha hai... Lekin kya: ✔ EBITDA Margin bhi stable hai? ✔ PAT bhi grow kar raha hai? ✔ Operating Cash Flow positive hai? ✔ ROCE improve ho raha hai? Agar sales badh rahi hain lekin margins aur cash flow gir rahe hain, to quality par sawal uthta hai. 7️⃣ Red Flags 🚨 ⚠ Sales growth continuously slow hona ⚠ Ek hi customer par dependence ⚠ One-time revenue spike ⚠ Acquisitions ke bina growth na hona ⚠ Revenue badhe, lekin cash flow na aaye 🌍 Real-Life Example Do companies hain: Company A Revenue Growth: 28% PAT Growth: 6% Margins continuously gir rahe hain. Company B Revenue Growth: 18% PAT Growth: 20% Margins improve ho rahe hain. Operating Cash Flow strong hai. 👉 Long term mein Company B zyada quality business ho sakti hai. Sirf high sales growth dekhkar decision mat lijiye. Growth ki quality bhi samajhiye. 📌 Investor Checklist ☑ 3–5 Year Sales CAGR ☑ Quarterly & YoY Growth ☑ Growth sustainable hai? ☑ Margins stable hain? ☑ Cash Flow support kar raha hai? ☑ Revenue organic hai ya acquisitions se? 💡 Did You Know? Bahut si multibagger companies ne apne early years mein consistent 20%+ revenue growth dikhayi thi. Consistency often matters more than one extraordinary year. ⭐ Golden Rule "Revenue batata hai business kitni tezi se badh raha hai, lekin Cash Flow aur Margins batate hain ki woh growth kitni mazboot hai." 🗳 Investor Poll Aap company analyse karte waqt sabse pehle kya dekhte hain? 🔹 Revenue Growth 🔹 Profit Growth 🔹 Cash Flow 🔹 ROE / ROCE 👇 Comments mein zaroor batayein. 📚 Part 4/20 Completed ⏭ Next Post: Part 5/20 – Profitability Analysis "High Sales ka koi fayda nahi, agar company profit hi na kama rahi ho." ❤️ Agar yeh series aapko valuable lag rahi hai to Like • Repost • Bookmark zaroor karein aur apne investing friends ke saath share karein. #FundamentalAnalysis #RevenueGrowth #Investing #StockMarket #ValueInvesting #SME #Microcaps

📚 Fundamental Analysis Series | Part 3/20 Industry Analysis 🏭📈 "Achchi industry mein average company bhi achha perform kar sakti hai, lekin weak industry mein best company bhi struggle kar sakti hai." Isliye company chunne se pehle industry ko samajhna bahut zaroori hai. 🔍 1️⃣ Industry kya hoti hai? Ek jaise products ya services dene wali companies ka group hi industry kehlata hai. Examples: 🏥 Healthcare ⚡ Power & Renewable Energy 💻 IT Services 🚗 Automobile 🛍 Retail 2️⃣ Industry Analysis mein kya dekhna chahiye? ✅ Industry Size – Market kitna bada hai? ✅ Industry Growth – Agle 5–10 saal ki growth visibility kaisi hai? ✅ Demand Drivers – Growth kis wajah se aayegi? ✅ Competition – Bahut zyada hai ya manageable? ✅ Government Support – Policies supportive hain ya restrictive? 3️⃣ Industry Life Cycle 🔄 🟢 Introduction – High risk, high reward 📈 Growth – Demand tez badh rahi hai (Best phase for investing) 🟡 Maturity – Growth stable ho jati hai 🔴 Decline – Demand kam hone lagti hai 4️⃣ Attractive Industry ki Pehchaan 🎯 ✔ High Growth Potential ✔ Strong Demand Visibility ✔ Healthy Margins ✔ Entry Barriers ✔ Supportive Regulations ✔ Long Runway Ahead 5️⃣ Real-Life Example 🌍 ⚡ Renewable Energy • Government push • Rising electricity demand • Energy transition theme • Long-term growth opportunity Isi wajah se is sector mein kai companies ne exceptional returns diye hain. 📌 Quick Checklist ☑ Industry growing hai? ☑ Demand drivers clear hain? ☑ Competition manageable hai? ☑ Government support hai? ☑ Growth visibility 5–10 saal ki hai? 💡 Did You Know? Bahut baar investors company par focus karte hain, lekin industry hi long-term returns ka sabse bada driver ban sakti hai. ⭐ Golden Rule "Pehle industry ko samajhiye, phir company ko chuniye." 🗳 Investor Poll: Aapke hisaab se long-term investing mein sabse important kya hai? 🔹 Business 🔹 Industry 🔹 Management 🔹 Valuation 📚 Part 3/20 Completed ⏭ Next Post: Part 4/20 – Revenue Growth Analysis "Company ki sales kitni tezi se badh rahi hai aur kya yeh growth sustainable hai?" ❤️ Agar yeh series useful lag rahi hai to Like • Repost • Bookmark zaroor kariye aur apne investing friends ke saath share kariye. #FundamentalAnalysis #IndustryAnalysis #Investing #StockMarket #ValueInvesting #SME #Microcaps
