Muslim girl passing by on the road probably wanted to take the balloon or burst it. Raju Gupta got angry and kept the innocent girl locked in the room for hours. When people came to know about it, the girl's mother also reached the spot. The ward councilor barely managed to rescue the girl from Raju Gupta.
