Anyways, I have asked her to delete the DM she had with me.
I mean, she should delete the entire conversation.
I have seen that some married men who stray bullets hit, and they know that their wives are in this community, may sometimes want to know if their wives have sent me a DM.
There is an ex-married woman that once chatted me about her husband and his behavior.
I recall telling her to clear the conversation, but she didn't and her ex-husband saw the conversation and got angry with her.
He is a yahoo boy.
Do you know what he did?
He frustrated her, and beat her until it became a police case.
He then started posting her nudes online using different accounts. She reported him to his people but there was little they could do.
Her saving grace is that there are no kids from that marriage.
Her ex-husband preferred to be fucking her in the anus than her vagina. She said she was always in pains and never enjoyed herself.
To get back at her for leaving him, he started blackmailing her with her nudes and calling her all sorts of names online.
If some of you can recall a DM that I shared one time where a woman came to say that her husband wasn't pleased with her dress sense, and that he wants her to be dressing sexy.
Then I asked her to wear bumshot and post on her status with a caption "small girl with big God".
I told her that she should make sure that it's only him that would see the status and no one else.
She carried out the advice, and her husband could not stand to see her dress that way. Turned out that he was just bluffing. Because she was dressing up like a decent married woman.
She moved out of his home and went back to meet her father in another state. The bride price has been returned, and the marriage is over.
I have adviced her to stay low online and not give him any hints of what she's up to with her life.
This lady is just 31.
End.

Some annoying inventors and what they invented.
Henry Fishel, he invented exams
Horace Mann, he invented school
Adam Smith, he invented taxes
Isaac Newton, he invented maths
Ethan Zuckerman, he invented pop-up ads
Roberto Nevelis, he invented homework.
In your opinion, who's the most annoying?

Love only feels light when both people are honest about their weaknesses instead of pretending to be strong.
Pretending to be unbreakable doesn’t protect a relationship.... it buries the cracks until they explode.
Most heartbreak isn’t caused by failure, but by the illusions we insist on maintaining.

I was still in medical school when this happened
I came home on holiday to see my parents. As usual, my blood pressure gadget was with me. I took turns checking everyone's BP.
When I checked my uncle's, my heart skipped. It was outrageously elevated—190/120mmHg. His heartbeat made my ears ring.
I immediately counselled him. Told him the possible complications. Gave him a prescription. Advised him to go to the hospital for follow-up. Then I left for school.
Six months later, my mom called: his brother had a stroke. He had been rushed to the hospital.
He became bedridden. They moved him from one traditional healer to another. He had a repeat stroke. And finally, he died.
It would have been better if he had died during the first stroke. He suffered so much.

Please, take your health seriously. And advise your relatives to do the same.

You'll never fully appreciate good health until you lose it.

Stop gambling with your life. Start building your life. Start choosing your life. Start living intentionally, because your life is non-refundable.

@SaintAbuchi Amen, Growth really starts when we’re honest with ourselves may we find the strength to stay consistent and become better every day.

You don’t become rare by talking about growth.
You become rare by choosing it when it’s uncomfortable.
Growth will cost you people.
It will cost you habits.
It will cost you the version of you that felt safe but stayed stuck.
Most people want loyalty without discipline.
They want results without sacrifice.
They want deep relationships but avoid hard conversations.
That’s why they stay in cycles.
Real power is built differently.
You stay loyal to your standards, even when it’s lonely.
You outgrow what no longer aligns, even when it hurts.
You choose progress over comfort, every single time.
Because at the end of the day…
your life will reflect what you tolerated, not what you desired.
