The mediocre minds are really coming out of the woodwork for this one. Do you understand the concept of probabilities? If less qualified black doctors are routinely elevated to positions they would not have otherwise achieved but for the racial quota, it necessarily follows that any random black doctor has a higher probability of being under qualified. That doesn't mean that every black doctor is under qualified, but in that scenario black, black doctors are more likely to be underqualified than doctors who were not given preferential treatment and had to rise to the top on merit alone. That's not an opinion, that's a mathematically provable fact.

The interesting thing about this video is that - speaking as a guy with several small-plane flyers in the squad - the pilot is doing nothing wrong. She, a 40ish probable veteran, is flying quite well. This stuff is right-wing woke. The assumption is that someone will literally see any Black pilot and think "outgroup BAD."

@LeShendyJames Yes I understand that, however ISO sets were much different then than now. Teams didn’t often move their non threat 4-5 man to the 3 point line. At that time spacing for bigs was typically mid-range. Rotating over and packing the lane was done often and easily.
