The reality. Clubs who only get to go Wembley once every 20/30 years are going to sell their allocation for a semi-final. We have been there 33 times in the last 12 years. City have been in every FA Cup Semi-Final since 2019 a new record. Being a working class City fan you have to choose your financial battles supporting a successful Club. Some fans with financial constraints decided they could only do the FA Cup Final after just watching City lift the League Cup at Wembley. Actually amazing how many were there given the cost of a Wembley day out.
