@Discovery_SA Shame on you. My 72 year old aunt paid an entire years contributions during a waiting period only for her to be told at the end that her debit orders hadn’t gone through for a couple of months and received no correspondence because YOU took down the incorrect email.

@Discovery_SA @Discovery_SA I”ve provided all the necessary evidence to managers that I’ve spoken to showing that the fault wasn’t on our side but on yours. It’s now 6 weeks later and I still haven’t heard from anyone. Is this how you treat your elderly clients ? Is this the Discovery way ?

@Discovery_SA now an elderly woman is being told that she needs to start a new waiting period even after we did what we were told to do to remedy the situation. I’ve spoken to multiple agents who have lied to me to try and cover it up. Still waiting for managers to call back.
